Леволибертарианские движения в США после президентской кампании 2016 года: платформа, кандидаты и методы их продвижения на примере деятельности комитета «Совершенно новый Конгресс»

В статье рассматриваются эффекты эрозии классической мажоритарной партийной системы, которые раньше описывались практически исключительно для пропорциональных избирательных систем в Западной Европе. Весомый результат независимого политика Берни Сандерса на предварительных выборах президента США в 2016 г. позволил леволибертарианскому движению окрепнуть в рамках структур демократической партии США. В статье показана специфика деятельности комитета политического действия «Совершенно новый Конгресс» (BNC), который в 2018 и 2020 гг. активно включился в борьбу кандидатов на праймериз и поддерживал несколько десятков прогрессистов и леволиберальных кандидатов. Кейс-стади типичных случаев успешных избирательных кампаний леволибертарианских кандидатов позволил выявить их многокомпонентное позиционирование. Было определено 5 ключевых элементов избирательных кампаний леволибертарианских кандидатов, поддержанных BNC: 1) антиистеблишментное позиционирование; 2) ставка на прямое участие, волонтерские штабы и систему краудфандинга как основу финансирования кампании; 3) концентрация ресурсов в округах с наиболее сильной поддержкой демократических кандидатов; 4) мобилизация этнических групп и молодежного избирателя; 5) акцент на личном брендинге и солидаризация с «простым» избирателем.
