Abstract

The present essay analyzes the executive summary, primary tasks and outlooks for implementation on interstate level New York Declaration for Refugees and Migrants adopted by the General Assembly on September 19, 2016. Within the context, the author focuses on one of the most persistent migration challenges the Russian Federation does presently encounter, namely the task on setting up and developing a  comprehensive legal normative basis for inclusion in the society and social and cultural integration of foreign nationals.
