Human capital refers to the stock of knowledge, skills, professional and other qualities formed directly by the individual and the state and used by the individuals themselves for the production of new goods and surplus-value. In fact, the very definition of “human capital” has become a reflection of how much the role of education and the level of vocational training of the individual has increased in industrial and post-industrial society. Collectively, human capital includes such concepts as health, cultural level, level of education, as well as physical and financial capital.
