Digital Transformation of state and Municipal Governance in Kyrgyzstan

Abstract
The study is based on a systematic approach to the features of the digital transformation of state and municipal governance in the modern Kyrgyz Republic. The relevance of the work is determined by the special political and social significance for the studied country of the digital government in the conditions of democratic transit. In modern social and humanitarian science, there are practically no works on the study of the formation of the digital state and egovernment in Kyrgyzstan. The most promising areas of further research on the digital transformation of state and municipal governance in Kyrgyzstan may be the issues of efficiency of the provision of state and municipal services in electronic form, elections in digital format and modernization of communication infrastructure.
