Целью исследования является анализ внедрения цифровых технологий в образовательный процесс высших учебных заведений стран Содружества Независимых Государств (на примере Российской Федерации и Республики Узбекистан) для лиц с ограниченными возможностями здоровья. В процессе исследования сформулированы ключевые проблемы и сформированы предложения по их разрешению. Цифровые технологии предоставляют реальный шанс для малоподвижных, слепых, слабовидящих и студентов с заболеваниями органов дыхания, а также других категорий людей с инвалидностью в разных регионах СНГ с разной социокультурной динамикой получить высшее образование, а в дальнейшем — и  работу. Преодолевая недостатки, можно существенно увеличить эффективность цифровых технологий. При этом индивидуальные программы и выполнение заданий с обязательным применением аудиовизуальных средств — один из главных способов обучения. 

The paper examines the use of digital technologies in higher education institutions in the Commonwealth of Independent States. It focuses on the Russian Federation and the Republic of Uzbekistan and their application for disabled individuals. The authors formulated key problems and made proposals to resolve them during the research process. Digital technologies provide a real chance for sedentary, blind, visually impaired and students with respiratory diseases, as well as other categories of disabled people in different regions of the CIS with different sociocultural dynamics to obtain higher education and subsequent work. Overcoming drawbacks can significantly increase the effectiveness of digital technologies. Individual training programs and assignments with the obligatory use of audiovisual aids are among the main methods.
