Изменения политико-стратегических и торгово-экономических векторов сотрудничества в России нуждаются в теоретическом и практическом осмыслении с точки зрения потребности в подготовке специалистов к работе за рубежом. Целью исследования является разработка рекомендаций по формированию межкультурной компетентности у обучающихся в российских вузах. Методология работы включает анализ и синтез научной литературы, структурно-системный подход. Кроме того, авторами анализируются статистические данные, а также разработаны меры по направлениям формирования межкультурной компетентности, включающие рекомендации внедрить в учебный процесс подготовки студентов специальные дисциплины, ориентированные на изучение особенностей культур народов, стран и регионов Глобального Юга, и создать специальные программы повышения квалификации сотрудников и преподавателей вузов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The relevance of the research work manifests itself in the need to build a new vision of the concept and characteristics of the cross-cultural competences formation. Changes in the political, strategic, commercial vectors of cooperation in Russia call for a theoretical and practical analysis in terms of the requirement of training experts for working abroad. The goal of the research is to make a list of recommendations for forming intercultural communication competences in the Russian university students. The research methodology includes analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, and the use of a structural and systemic approach. The authors presented the statistical data and devised measures to improve intercultural communication competences.
