В данной статье автор проводит исследование феномена «русофобия», рассматривает его как инструмент, используемый странами Запада для фальсификации итогов Второй мировой войны и вклада Советского Союза в общую победу над странами «оси». Также в исследовании указаны причины осуществления данной информационной войны. Поскольку распространение русофобии, а также переписывание итогов Второй мировой войны, заключающееся в нивелировании роли Советского Союза в победе над Гитлером, напрямую негативно влияет на уровень национальной безопасности современной России, данное исследование представляется крайне актуальным. В конце статьи автор указывает эффективные методы борьбы с распространением русофобии, основываясь на современных подходах к данной теме.

The article presents a study of the phenomenon of “russophobia” considering it as a tool used by Western countries to falsify the results of the Second World War as well as the contribution of the Soviet Union to the overall victory over the Axis countries. In the study the author presents the reasons for the implementation of this information warfare. The study gains extreme relevance as the spread of Russophobia, as well as the rewriting of the results of the Second World War, which downplays the role of the Soviet Union in the victory over Hitler, directly affects the level of national security of modern Russia in a negative way. At the end of the article the author presents effective methods of combating the spread of Russophobia which are based on modern research on this topic.
