Данная статья посвящена анализу условий и факторов социально-политической устойчивости современного российского государства. Авторы рассматривают безопасность, в том числе кибербезопасность, культурный и экономический суверенитет, наличие внутриэлитного консенсуса и консолидацию общества как основные условия социально-политической устойчивости современного государства. При этом авторы подчеркивают особую роль культурного суверенитета и государственного контроля за информационным пространством страны в условиях гибридных войн. 

The paper analyzes conditions and factors of socio-political stability in the modern Russian state. The authors consider security, including cybersecurity, cultural and economic sovereignty, an intra-elite consensus and the consolidation of society as the fundamental conditions for the socio-political stability of a modern state. Also, the authors emphasize the special role of cultural sovereignty and state control over the country’s information space in the context of hybrid wars.
