Авторами выделены внешние и внутренние барьеры (осложняющие факторы и условия), препятствующие совершенствованию профотбора, а также поиску и практическому внедрению его новых, более эффективных моделей. Отмечается важность данной проблемы в контексте кадровых ошибок, совершаемых на современном этапе, и необходимость совершенствования всей системы управления человеческими ресурсами на уровне страны и персоналом — в конкретных организациях.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper provides a comparative analysis of different models of professional selection, which are conditionally divided into several groups, and clarifies the meaning of the very concept of “professional selection”. The authors have highlighted external and internal barriers (complicating factors and conditions) that impede the improvement of professional selection, as well as the search and practical implementation of the new and more effective models.
