В статье представлен анализ ротации губернаторского корпуса в 2017–2022 гг. В ходе анализа определена динамика омоложения кадрового корпуса губернаторов «новой волны» федеральным центром. Полученные результаты анализа показали, что начиная с 2017 г. федеральный центр проводит новую внутреннюю политику назначения губернаторов в регионы РФ. «Новая генерация» губернаторов российских регионов представляет собой руководителей субъектов, назначенных на должности в период 2017–2022 гг. и направленных федеральным центром в регионы для решения стратегических задач в зависимости от специфики региона. Руководители субъектов могут быть представителями федеральной и бизнес-элиты, силовых структур, политических партий. В результате анализа выявлена типология «новой генерации губернаторов» российских регионов.
The article provides an analysis of the rotation of the governor’s corps in 2017–2022. During the analysis, the author determined the dynamics of rejuvenation of the cadre of governors of the “new wave” by the Federal center. The results of the analysis showed that since 2017 the Federal center implemented a new internal policy of appointing governors to the regions of the Russian Federation. The “new generation” of governors of Russian regions is the heads of subjects appointed to positions in the period from 2017–2022, who are sent by the Federal Center to the regions to solve strategic tasks, depending on the specifics of the region, the heads of subjects may be representatives of the federal elite, law enforcement agencies, political parties, and the business elite. The analysis revealed the typology of the “new generation” of governors of Russian regions.
