Культурный аспект является одним из основообразующих в современном мире, и его нельзя игнорировать. Ключевые знания и навыки межкультурного общения становятся частью «мягких компетенций» молодых специалистов, а также помогают им в профессиональной подаче себя и налаживании рабочих связей с иностранными партнерами. Онлайн-курс, составленный преподавателями департамента иностранных языков и межкультурной коммуникации, является методом, позволившим оценить эффективность освоения межкультурной коммуникации студентами Финансового университета в изучении вышеназванной дисциплины, а также практической частью нижеприведенного исследования. В результате курса были выявлены высокие показатели мотивации обучающихся к дальнейшему изучению межкультурной коммуникации, в том числе и самостоятельно. Перспективой для дальнейших исследований и разработки подобных онлайн-курсов является активное развитие цифровизации в сфере образования, а также современные инновационные методы подачи материала студентам с помощью дистанционных онлайн-технологий</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The modern world offers new challenges for the world economic relations. Nowadays culture is one of the most important aspects in understanding different economic and business environments because it reflects various historical and traditional peculiarities of this or that society. The country development can be influenced by its own culture and, therefore, correct understanding the nature of culture and its characteristics is substantial to international business relations. The relevance of the study of intercultural communication issues and, mainly, the acquaintance of students-future economists with them responds to modern globalization, which does not stay on the sidelines from business. Knowledge and awareness of young professionals in the field of intercultural communication is one of the most important soft skills and determines their successful career development and achievement of high goals at work. Consequently, the necessity to bring in basic and practical scholastic attainments of the above-mentioned science in the sphere of education becomes more comprehensive and crucial. The method of involving students at Financial University in the generic question of intercultural communication is an online course prepared by teachers of the department of foreign languages and cross-cultural communication. This educational tool illustrated students’ interest in studying this academic discipline, their desire to develop new skills and deepen existing knowledge.
