В статье представлены уникальные результаты исследования законотворческого соавторства депутатов Государственной Думы VII созыва. В исследовании проанализированы 2207 законопроектов, которые были внесены на рассмотрение в российский парламент в период с 16 сентября 2016 по 31 декабря 2020 г., и изучена деятельность всех депутатов, которые работали в это время. Вся информация, связанная с законотворческим соавторством депутатов, была обработана с помощью инструментов Python. В статье показано различие соавторства в законопроектах и в уже состоявшихся федеральных законах, а также представлена специфика законотворческого соавторства в зависимости от статуса депутата и его принадлежности к фракции. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы в реализации проектов по продвижению интересов бизнеса и общества в органах государственной власти. 

The article presents the unique results of a study of the legislative co-authorship of deputies of the State Duma of the VII convocation. The study included 2207 draft laws that were submitted to the Russian parliament for consideration in the period from September 16, 2016 to December 31, 2020, and all deputies who worked at that time. All information related to the legislative co-authorship of deputies was processed using Python tools. The difference between co-authorship in draft laws and co-authorship in already adopted federal laws is shown, and the features of legislative co-authorship depending on the status of a deputy and his membership in a faction are also presented. The results of the study can be used in the implementation of projects to promote the interests of business and society in public authorities.
