В статье представлены результаты прикладного политического исследования, цель которого заключается в определении триггеров, технологий и инфраструктуры информационного потока массовых политических протестов в России в период с 2020 по 2021 г. Реализованный ивент-анализ позволил установить, что протестная мобилизация осуществляется в два этапа: первичная — на основании действий вокруг символа протеста, вторичная — на основании недовольства существующим политическим режимом, социально-экономической ситуацией, действиями правоохранительных органов. Когнитивное картирование позволило установить, что активное использование аффективных приемов формирования дискурсов позволяет обеспечивать эмоциональное вовлечение пользователей в протестные информационные потоки, что сказывается на их отношении к ним. Киберметрический анализ продемонстрировал, что особенности Telegram как протестной платформы позволяют обеспечивать эффективную мобилизацию и модерацию протестной активности.

The article presents the results of applied political research, which is to determine the triggers, technologies, and infrastructure of mass political protests in Russia from 2020 to 2021. The implemented event analysis allowed us to establish that the protest mobilisation is carried out in two stages: the primary — based on actions around the protest symbol, the secondary — based on dissatisfaction with the existing political regime, the socio-economic situation, and the actions of law enforcement agencies. Cognitive mapping allowed us to establish that the active use of affective methods of forming discourses enables us to ensure users’ emotional involvement in protest information flows, which affects their attitude to them. Cybermetric analysis has demonstrated that the features of Telegram as a protest platform allow for effective mobilisation and moderation of protest activity.
