В данной статье рассматриваются перспективы разработки методики анализа санкций как фактора политических рисков С учетом актуальности санкций как явления в российской политике и политической науке очевидна необходимость работы над способом измерения такого риск-фактора и управления им При этом разработка методики возможна с учетом уже существующих наработок из других областей знаний, в том числе — комплаенс-менеджмента Автор приходит к выводу о том, что показатели санкций как политического риск-фактора могут отбираться по различным основаниям, в частности в зависимости от того, является ли страна к моменту начала исследования объектом санкций Кроме того, анализ данного фактора возможен как в самостоятельном формате, так и в качестве дополнения к существующим методикам.

The article considers the prospects for developing a methodology for analysing sanctions as a factor of political risks Given the relevance of sanctions as a phenomenon in Russian politics and political science, it is evident that there is a need to measure and manage such a risk factor The development of the methodology considers existing results from other areas of knowledge, including compliance management The author concludes that the indicators of sanctions risk should be selected considering whether the studied country is the object of sanctions or not In addition, the analysis of sanctions is possible both in an independent format and as an addition to existing methods.
