Социалистическая Республика Вьетнам — один из наиболее быстро развивающихся центров инновационных проектов в Азиатско-Тихоокеанском регионе, где самыми привлекательными для инвестиций являются сферы финансов, образования, технологий, искусственного интеллекта и блокчейн-технологий. Вьетнам стал обладателем кадрового потенциала, способного производить высококачественные инновационные проекты. Образование во Вьетнаме является социальной задачей государства, где многочисленные университеты и институты, а также бизнес-акселераторы, бизнес-инкубаторы и коворкинг-центры играют важную роль в подготовке кадров.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article considers aspects of the interaction between the state and business and describes the state’s role in developing innovative projects in the Asia-Pacific region. The Socialist Republic of Vietnam is one of the most rapidly growing centres of innovative projects in the Asia-Pacific region. The most attractive sectors to invest in here are finance, education, technology, artificial intelligence and blockchain technologies.
