В статье рассматривается демографическая и этнокультурная безопасность как многоаспектное явление, связанное с существованием различных социокультурных взглядов и мировоззренческих установок народов, исторически совместно проживающих на территории России. В Уральском федеральном округе (УрФО) демографическая ситуация характеризуется такими же тенденциями, что, и в целом по стране, однако главной особенностью региона является приграничный статус трех из шести субъектов УрФО. Автором рассмотрены признаки этнодемографических трансформаций и воздействие миграционных факторов на ситуацию в регионе. На основе статистических данных автор исследует миграционную ситуацию в УрФО, в том числе, с учетом показателей межнациональной напряженности (МН) в различных субъектах УрФО и обосновывает предположение о непосредственном влиянии на межэтническую напряженность миграционных процессов.

In this article, the author considers demographic and ethnocultural security as a multidimensional phenomenon associated with the coexistence of various sociocultural views and outlooks of peoples historically living together in Russia. In the Urals Federal District, the demographic situation is characterized by the same trends as in the country as a whole. However, the main feature of the region is the cross-border status of three of the six constituent entities of the Urals Federal District. Based on statistical data, the author explores the migration situation in the Ural Federal District, problems and trends in the development of interethnic relations at the regional level. The author substantiates the assumption about the direct impact of migration processes on the demographic and ethnocultural security of the region.
