В статье проводится оценка современного устройства государственно-частного партнерства в Российской Федерации, выявляются проблемы, с которыми приходится сталкиваться коммерческому сектору для реализации выгодных для предприятия проектов, а также способы решения коррупционного аспекта в данном виде отношений. Смешанный тип экономики представляет собой сотрудничество власти и коммерческих объединений в виде государственно-частного партнерства (ГЧП). Данный тип отношений следует рассматривать как признак смешанной экономической системы. Взаимодействие партнеров закрепляется юридически, а именно Федеральным законом «О государственно-частном партнерстве, муниципально-частном партнерстве в Российской Федерации и внесении изменений в отдельные законодательные акты Российской Федерации» от 13.07.2015 № 224-ФЗ.

This article assesses the current structure of public-private partnership in the Russian Federation. The author gave characteristics of problems faced by the commercial sector in the implementation of projects profitable for the enterprise. The author discussed the ways to address the issue of corruption in this type of relationship as well as. Based on the analysis, the author concluded that corruption activity inhibits the formation of constructive and trusting social ties, as a result of which the criminal situation worsens and the national economy becomes less competitive.
