Автор сосредоточил внимание на одном из наиболее резонансных событий последнего электорального цикла: выборах депутатов Московской городской Думы, их общефедеральных и сугубо местных особенностях. В работе использованы компаративный и системный методы. Автор в большинстве случаев опирался на открытые источники, широко привлекая материалы СМИ. В статье констатирован имиджевый ущерб, который понесла в столице «Единая Россия», чьи представители выдвигались в качестве независимых кандидатов. Вместе с тем репутационные издержки с учетом итогов выборов в других регионах парадоксальным образом способствуют тому, что проект «Единой России» как партии власти будет продолжен.
The author focuses on one of the most resonant events of the last electoral cycle: the election of deputies of the Moscow city Duma, their Federal and purely local features using comparative and system methods. The author in most cases relied on open sources, widely attracting media materials. The article states the image damage suffered by “United Russia” in the capital, whose representatives were nominated as independent candidates. At the same time, reputational costs, taking into account the results of elections in other regions, paradoxically contribute to the fact that the project of “United Russia”, as the party in power, will continue.
