В статье рассматривается опыт проведения экономических реформ в Советском Союзе, начиная с Косыгинской реформы в 1965 г. В эти годы шел поиск путей постепенного перехода к рыночной экономике. Автор статьи был активным участником разработки и проведения этих реформ. В статье анализируется содержание реформ, успехи и причины, сдерживавшие преобразования. Ряд выводов и предложений полезны в настоящее время при проведении мер по улучшению управления экономикой.

The author analyzes the experiences and lessons of economic reforms in 60-80-ies. The author was an active participant in the development of the Kosygin reforms which started in 1965 in the Soviet Union. The author makes suggestions for economic reform in the modern period.
