Проблемы, связанные с миграцией, в первую очередь трудности с интеграцией мигрантов, актуальны для многих современных государств. В публикации анализируются результаты сравнительного межстранового исследования. Выявлена степень готовности населения европейских стран к приему мигрантов, в том числе из более бедных стран, расположенных за пределами Европы. Отмечается, что абсолютное большинство респондентов являются сторонниками контроля притока мигрантов. Констатируется, что отношение населения европейских стран к мигрантам тесным образом связано с их расовой и национальной принадлежностью. Определено, что применительно к мигрантам из бедных стран население европейских государств демонстрирует сравнительно низкую степень готовности приема. Выявлены представления респондентов о влиянии миграции на условия жизни в стране проживания. Констатируется, что готовность населения к приему мигрантов тесно связана с представлением респондентов о влиянии внешней миграции на условия жизни в стране. В целом, чем оптимистичней оценка влияния миграции на жизнь в стране, тем чаще респонденты демонстрируют готовность к приему мигрантов.
The problems associated with migration, first of all, the difficulties with the integration of migrants, are relevant for many modern states. The article analyzes the results of a comparative cross-country studies. It is revealed the degree of readiness of the European population and population of the poorer countries outside Europe to accept migrants. It is noted that the vast majority of respondents encourage the control of migrant’s influx. It is stated the population of European countries’ attitude to migrants is closely related to their race and national origin. It was set out that the population of European countries shows a relatively low degree of readiness the reception migrants from poor countries. It brings to light the respondent’s notion about the impact of migration on living conditions in the country of residence. It is stated that the willingness of the population to accept migrants is closely related to respondents’ perception of the impact of external migration on living conditions in the country. In general, the more optimistic assessment of the migration impact on the life of the country, the more likely respondents demonstrate a willingness to accept migrants.
