В статье рассматриваются философские основания экономики инноваций и экономики памяти. Анализируются ключевые понятия, определяющие специфику этих направлений экономической мысли, такие как знания, информация, творчество, время, наследие и идентичность. Определен понятийный аппарат экономики инноваций и экономики памяти, проведено исследование генезиса развития философии экономики инноваций и экономики памяти, и выявлены современные философские основания экономики инноваций и экономики памяти для достижения цели исследования — формирования всесторонней, целостной и концептуально обоснованной теоретической модели философских оснований экономики инноваций и экономики памяти. Проведенное исследование показало, что инновации и память образуют динамическое единство, где технологические изменения актуализируют культурные элементы, а сохранение традиций создает основу для устойчивого развития. Синтез философской, экономической и культурологической оптики позволил преодолеть дуализм «прогресс vs традиция» и предложить модель «консервативной инновации» как стратегию гармонизации технологических и социокультурных процессов. Анализ онтологических предпосылок выявил трансформацию представлений о материальности в цифровую эпоху, порождающую гибридные реальности. В контексте экономики памяти установлено, что цифровые технологии, сохраняя данные, провоцируют кризис аутентичности, что требует выработки новых этических принципов обращения с наследием. Исследование аксиологических противоречий между ценностями прогресса и традиции позволило разработать механизмы балансировки через концепции «образовательного капитала» и «культурно-технологического симбиоза». Практическая значимость работы заключается в формировании инструментов управления инновациями, учитывая этические критерии оценки технологий и стратегии интеграции природного и культурного наследия в экономические процессы. Перспективные направления дальнейших исследований включают углубление междисциплинарного диалога, разработку моделей «зеленых инноваций» на основе идей экологической рациональности, а также изучение влияния искусственного интеллекта и алгоритмических систем на сохранение антропологического измерения развития.
The article examines the philosophical foundations of innovation economics and memory economics. The key concepts defining the specifics of these areas of economic thought, such as knowledge, information, creativity, time, heritage, and identity, are analyzed. The conceptual framework of innovation economics and memory economics is defined, the genesis of the development of the philosophy of innovation economics and memory economics is studied, and the modern philosophical foundations of innovation economics and memory economics are identified to achieve the research goal of forming a comprehensive, holistic and conceptually grounded theoretical model of the philosophical foundations of innovation economics and memory economics. The conducted research of the philosophical foundations of the economics of innovation and memory has shown that innovation and memory form a dynamic unity, where technological changes actualize cultural elements, and the preservation of traditions creates the basis for sustainable development. The synthesis of philosophical, economic and cultural optics made it possible to overcome the dualism of “progress vs tradition” and propose a model of “conservative innovation” as a strategy for harmonizing technological and socio-cultural processes. The analysis of ontological prerequisites revealed the transformation of ideas about materiality in the digital age, which generates hybrid realities. In the context of the memory economy, it has been established that digital technologies, while preserving data, provoke an authenticity crisis, which requires the development of new ethical principles for handling heritage. The study of axiological contradictions between the values of progress and tradition made it possible to develop balancing mechanisms through the concepts of “educational capital” and “cultural and technological symbiosis.” The practical significance of the work lies in the formation of innovation management tools that include ethical criteria for evaluating technologies and strategies for integrating natural and cultural heritage into economic processes. Promising areas of further research include deepening interdisciplinary dialogue, developing models of “green innovation” based on the ideas of environmental rationality, as well as studying the impact of artificial intelligence and algorithmic systems on the preservation of the anthropological dimension of development.
